Alison is wonderful. Her new material is fantastic and her voice just gets better. Such a unique sounding voice.
What a timeless, incredible song - and what a voice, man. She really set the stage for Adele to become mega-famous over 20 years later.
Her live voice is the same in récord 😳😳😳👏👏👏
I love you #AlisonMoyet ♥ 🇬🇧
A true life performer
Great memory thanks. Played this album over and over as a still green twenty three year old. Great voice, songs, arrangement and production. Remains a classic, Stu X
She was and is amazing. This powerful song stood head and shoulders above eighties songs in many genres.
Very Nice Song That You Don’t Hear Very Often.
Great song and performance 👏👏
This Guy Garvey show was awesome. Here’s hoping for a second series.
Another album I bought just on the fact she was in the band Yaz. yes a great album many many hits
Yazoo, sorry. X
It was also called yazz then Yazoo
@@studonaldson1497 they call them Yaz over in America
It's location dependant. My aunt and uncle got me a Yaz LP from a market in Istanbul which is an oddity as Yaz to us is Yaz and the plastic population
What a voice! 🔥❤️
Very impressive 👍
Soooo live
Adeles aunt!! Those voices!!!!❤
Awesome song. She’s from my home town of Basildon. Depeche Mode, Alison Moyet, Erasure we produced many brilliant bands from such a shit town
I don't know if she still does but when I was younger she lived in radlett and my parents would talk to her while she waited for the school bus. Indeed I believe she is from billericay area so Basildon sounds right to me. She's a really nice lady to talk to and just an everyday down to earth personality. When I saw her do only you for the Burberry catwalk I was amazed
@@psions555 Absolutely! That was a great performance. Just like this one LIVE from her cover version of Billie Holiday's "That Ole Devil Called Love", in Germany, so many years after ( ua-cam.com/video/J7yonCPd5_U/v-deo.html ). A trailblazing yet very down to earth artist indeed!
And Vince Clarke was the mastermind genius behind them all!!
❤
💙
👍
Live vocals at least
Why did I always think this was an erasure song?!
Could the crowd be less enthused? 🙄
Ill reedit this bad upload and update the plonker that talk overs is a waste of time
Remove the overdub of this guy as he is a waste
