A friend of mine lives west of Nashville. In Walmart, a scruffy guy in a Jean jacket & trucker cap walked past. He said, "That's Conway Twitty!" His wife replied, "What would Conway Twitty be doing at a walmart?!?" He said, "Watch this." As they walked by, He said, "That's Conway Twitty," in a low voice. The man, without turning his head, replied, "Hello, Darlin!" (Yes, it was Conway)! My sister in law saw Jeff Foxworthy at the Burger King. Lol!

Jonnie, you are hilarious, you are now one of my top fave comedians! Only one suggestion: Consider a vegetarian (or, even better, vegan) diet. You will both lose weight AND lose guilt. And you will gain better health AND a better conscience. Aside from that, you are awesome!!!!

He's been doing the same exact special for a decade now. I don't understand. I love his material, but every special is the same jokes. I can't believe he hasn't written anything new
But he has! The internet though it has zillions of bits of information does NOT have EVERYTHING that everyone has done everywhere. And not every performer wants everything they've ever done to be posted (they either aren't happy with it or for copyright reasons). Another thing to consider: If you like a band you buy their CD (or download it or however you acquire that music, & honestly if you can get it for free that's what you'll do. I mean, you just watched THIS for free didn't you?!). So, you listen to that new CD over & over, you love it. Then, you see they are coming to your town on tour so you buy a ticket to the show. Guess what songs you hear? The ones from the CD you JUST bought. PLUS all their hits from all their last CDs. Then, they move on to another city & what music do you think they perform? The SAME set from the show you just saw. Or did you think they wrote & recorded a new albumin the tour bus? My point? Comedians are performers. They perform a combination of new material & their greatest hits. Why should we hold them to a higher number for creative output? Jonnie W, like so many performers has been working his craft for YEARS, taking gigs everywhere he can, living in a car, sleeping in motels, going from comedy club to comedy club trying to make it happen. Then, suddenly people catch on to him & just as fast any of the shows he has done that got recorded are thrown up on the internet. But remember, not EVERYTHING that he has done for the past decade got recorded.
