Totally not me over analysing an ASMR audio, but technically wouldn't both things be possible? Assuming we have to go to Tokyo in a range of 1-3 months it would still be safe to fly, depending on the time we might already be done with the first trimester by that time. Then living alone in a other country while pregnant sounds extremely difficult, but if it's our dream it should be manageable. The job is for a year so the baby would definitely be born there so double nationalities (or more if the listener has more than one). Again, taking care of a baby alone for a maximum of 6 months sounds extremely hard, but if the job pays well we could get a nanny while we still live there, and traveling back with a baby would be a pain but possible
