- Ingredients:
450g (3 cups) all-purpose flour, 1/4 tsp dry yeast, 1 tsp sugar, 3 tbsp olive oil (60ml), salt, pepper, 250ml lukewarm water, 1 tsp fresh or dried parsley
stuffing
1 onion, 1 green pepper, 1 red pepper, 100g of salami, 3 tbsp of parsley, 100g of grated cheese, 1 tbsp of tomato paste, hot sauce, 3 tbsp of olive oil, Salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1 tsp paprika
egg yolk, 1 tbsp of milk, sesame seeds
Preparation instructions
Work the dough until it becomes smooth
Let the dough rest for 15 to 20min
Make balls of about 50gr
use a little oil to flatten the balls
Brush with 1 egg yolk and 1 tsp milk
sprinkle with sesame seeds
Bake in a preheated oven at 400F (200C) for 25min
