Such a favorite, beautiful old song. Done as a New Orleans funeral march to the Church. A great honor for those who had just left us. The always great sound and video. New Orleans traditional jazz at its best.

You're right about the bittersweet funeral march. Beautiful solos especially tuba today. Martin London England mx

Sou outra brasileira fã ardorosa dessa banda. Escuto todos os dias quando faço minha corrida no parque da Redenção em Porto Alegre. Eles me inspiram definitivamente. Não consigo parar de escutar músicas tocadas de forma tão encantadora. Fico maravilhada da forma como são harmoniosos, como os instrumentos conversam entre si. Definitivamente, são os músicos que sempre quero ouvir.

Love how Shaye signals very subtly when she wants another musician to take the lead, they know exactly what’s expected of them but it appears spontaneous 😀

TS wonderful as always. I'm no expert but the guy on the liquorice stick must be one of the finest players of that instrument in the whole darn world! So many times his beautifully moving solos, esp in TS's slower numbers, have me reaching for the kleenex...

Thank you! Awesome pov, scary-good resolution. This is the most intimate video of this band I have seen yet. The movements of all the different feet might be distracting to some viewers but to me it makes their harmony all the more impressive. Thanks. I don't know how you're going to top ths but I know you'll try . . . Thanks again.

Nice! I hope you realize how important your videos are of these performances. Think about where we'd be without Alan Lomax. As an aside, sounds like Barnabas' trombone is hitting sound re-inforcement's compressor a bit hard. I guess too late to get the engineer to back it off a bit. Another gem from TS!

Barnabus has a lot of attack in his trombone playing. He pegs the meter frequently.
