So the Ford Rangers, of which I’ve had two……never again. You wouldn’t believe the ridiculous electric problems they self create. All electrical. One instance was a wheel sensor wire severed, and I had no dash lights, it was locked in FWD low ratio, the power steering did work….all because of one little wire. Hopeless vehicles, they really are.
Why don't you need to push the clutch in before start?
My truck no matter what gear it is in the clutch must be engaged.
He bypassed the starter relay, basically a hot wire to the starter motor direct.
