Nice tutorial but it’s electric element cook top you got there. Induction cooktops heat up the pan itself using magnetic field and do not glow red. All good
See here it was not about what version of cook top it is. Mine is advance than what you see generally getting sold .. but the point was about technique of cooking. Keep medium to high temp and keep pressing the roti 🫓 and it will pop up.

That's why so called "youtubers" stay away from paid video sites like you already mentioned. If I were you, it would be 'get a induction compatible tawa on induction cooktop and here is perfect roti.' - A short of UA-cam shorts.
