Snapped a trailing arm, mate welded it together with a spanner, we used 3 starter battery’s some sketchy cables and a filler rod and it worked a charm to get me out, ended up making my own trailing arm out of the off cuts of the old one and a random steel bar to get me back into the bush
Need some "Daryl Line" stickers 👌 would be at home on my GQ 😂

I’ve put a hole in my fuel tank and had us use chewing gum and tape to patch it up to get out of the tracks 😭😂
Boys, that was epic 👍great comedy and a well filmed laughfest😂😅🤣.
Here’s just a couple, I have had an engine tear it’s mounts up a rock shelf, then reversed it back down and drove back slightly to jump engine back into place then used fencing wire to tie it in place. Another outing and my Bro in law snapped front radius arm and we used a log and ratchet straps and wire to splint arm and drive 100+ kms home, also snapped lower control arm up little red and bend pinion but managed to winch down and replace control arm and drive home in first gear 🤪😂 Its all part of the fun of 4wding 🙃

The worst thing I broke was my winch, my bud hooked it up to a tree for me and turned out the tree wasn’t attached to the ground and I pulled it over and then the winch brake clutch shattered. Had to get a bud with a 1 ton truck to pull my Jeep out. It was stuck in sucktion mud, my Jeep never really gets stock cause it’s twin locked on 35s with 3 inch lift and metal cloak fenders. All the budget building y’all have been doing inspired me to find a cheap 4wd and build it for less then 5grand. I bought a 20 year old 1/2ton truck with solid axles front and back I put a 8 inch lift 37s has a spool in the front because hub Manuel and it came with a lsd in the back so I just rebuilt it with better springs I regeared it with 4.88s and that thing is pretty capable can’t beat my Jeep because I put 15grand into it and my Jeep can walk anything but my cheap truck does pretty good with it’s big ol v8 and all

Snapped outer trackrod end and it was blocking other trucks. Took the inner off, looked in the back and only had another inner.. butchered and cross threaded the sh!t out of a spare inner I had to put it on the outer, then tracked steering so it was straight. Meant I had full right lock but only about 10 degrees of wheel movement on the left lock 🤣 got me home though!

Best break and repair was a cv shaft that snapped inside the locker in my 5" lifted big boost courier down in the yeagerup dunes. Diff out and back in 6 hours overnight and towed out the bike trailer up calcup the next day

Worst thing that ever happened to me was I broke a rear left main leaf in my hzj 75 on the side of a hill I managed to ratchet strap it back roughly into place turned around and got back to the bottom got a lift back home grabbed some old leafs I had went back up replaced the main leaf on the side of the track and continued on the next day also since Graham bent the bar I think it’s time you guys dragged out the welder and knocked up a new bar for it in the shed
