- Join me on a trip to the beautiful Bonte Museum in Seogwipo, the southern part of Jeju Island in South Korea.
The minimal building with exposed concrete structure was designed by Japanese architect Tadao Ando and opened in 2012. It lives in harmony with its natural surroundings, nicely blending modern architecture with the island’s lush scenery.
There are five galleries, a small sculpture garden and cafe on the museum's premises.
Gallery 1: Traditional Art and Crafts
Gallery 2: Contemporary Art & Tadao Ando
Gallery 3: Yayoi Kusama Permanent Exhibition
Gallery 4: Sangyeo and Kkokdu (Carriage to Heaven)
Gallery 5: Special Exhibition

I regret not buying big ML perfume from the gift shop! Brand is REMINDER. Scent really reminds me of Jeju spring time
Hope you get to go back at some point. I can imagine Jeju in Spring must be lovely. I went in September.
