    7:06 Kakao Maps is far better for buses in Jeju because there actuallly is a function within the app to see where the buses are. Naver Maps does not have this, and it has to be activated in Kakao Maps, as it is off by default; it's located in the layers icon where you can change the map from map view to terrain, sattelite, etc. It used to be called "Jeju Bus," but now it is labeled as "Hyper-accurate" and just has a symbol for a bus. This is because it was originally only for Jeju buses, but now Kakao has expanded it nationwide to other cities as well.

    At those electronic screens at bus stops, often the English language option will work. Look at menu at the top.

      Happy New Year! I don't really remember seeing this, but I imagine it's fine coming from the airport. If you do go for it, just avoid busy hours in case they get packed

    Could you tell in January 2024 , which areas are to visit easily with family? Planing to visit next month 7 nights trip.
    Could we book 2 different hotels one in Northern part ?
    And second in southern part? Is that good idea??

      It's a nice and comfortable 4-star hotel. I didn't try the breakfast. Mostly just restaurants around, but it's within walking distance to the main Jeju Bus Terminal to explore the rest of Jeju

      Sorry, I only took public transit. Just make sure you apply for an int'l license if not already. Drivers in Jeju seemed tame & careful though

      Hi! Sorry I'm not sure! I rarely saw them on city buses. I think it's okay as long as it's not rush hour because they get packed. The only bus I did see where you could put luggage is the Airport Bus #600 which goes through the island

    Also, if I lands at 9 pm (night), is it possible to get the bus from airport directly to seagwepo city?

      I don't have a hotel to recommend, but the last bus is around 10:30pm bus.jeju.go.kr/schedule/view/600. If you take taxi, it will be around 40-50k won, though not sure if it's more expensive at night. Good luck and have fun in Jeju!

      801 bus goes to Seogwipo as well, I believe.
      Ask at information desk.
      600 bus goes around the west side of the island to Seogwipo. 801 goes through the middle, next to Hallasan and heading south.

    HI, If I have 7 nights in Jeju, where would you recommend I stay? I won't be driving and no intention to join tour too.I'll be going with a 7 years old and arrive early ~ 6am in Jeju

      Hi! For 7 days I`d recommend staying in Seogwipo City in the south. There`s beaches, resorts, waterfalls, kid-friendly museums, and buses that will take you to other areas. You take the airport bus #600 that goes directly to Seogwipo City

      Hi! Sorry I've never been in November. Seoul and Busan should be a bit colder than Jeju, but I'd still bring a medium-think jacket!

      Weather can vary.
      Last year, I was there in the middle of November. Range from 80degrees Fahrenheit down to 40 degrees Fahrenheit.

      - Hotel: $40 USD/night
      - Meals: ~$10/meal (depends)
      - Bus: $5-6/day
      - Flight from Busan: $60 USD (also depends)

      No. You have to use teleportation to bring your bags where it needs to be
