Norwoods instructions are sub par at best, but better than nothing at all, by a slim margin. Even Daves instructions, as good as they mostly are, have frustrating patterns such as installing the fuel tank only to have to take it back out later to put the shoulder bolt for the axle in. And the fuel line vent. What?!? Having been a mechanical engineer for over 2 decades in robotic and machine build, I can tell the engineers may have participated in the prototype assemblies but only contributed technical drawings for the manual. Far too many hacks and backwards steps. And the trunion installations were left out of the manual AND videos altogether. The velcro? Embarrassing. If not for Daves videos, I highly doubt the average Joe would be able to correctly and accurately put these mills together.

Thanks for your help and insight Dave, I studied and watched two years ago before finally buying my own mill, lm30, and made the decision for the Norwood with a lot of help from your guidance.
