I’ll be assembling my stationary mill on my wood lot in a few weeks. Just can’t wait for the amount of times I’ll be searching for nuts and bolts on the ground lol

This was a great video. It was fun to watch. The folks moving almost matched the music! AND it is so refreshing to see a man stop to read assembly instructions!!

This is the best video of its type. Thanks for posting the whole thing. Bless your wife (and family, friends) who helped with assembly.

I was laughing in what was presumably the first night of assembly. The cat in the cardboard box: your silent foreman.

that was funny. I didn't even see the cats & dog the 1st time I watched it. your comment made me go back & watch it again & now I don't see how I could have missed them...too focused on the mill & how it was going together I guess.

Yes, much deliberation before the first bolt was fastened. Animals too...

Deliberation is sometimes the most important step :)

Contemplating this model vs. Woodland Mills HM 130 Max and WoodMizer LT15. I don't think there's a bad choice among them, just need to make the decision when the time comes sometime later this year. I also laughed at the cat occupying the box and your dog quickly locating the correct observation point for the activities. Thanks for sharing.

Great video Troy. What made you go with this brand? I know there is a lot of different brands out there.

I had this brand 18 years ago and was very impressed with them. That mill is still running fine at my brother's farm.

RTH that was a lot of work, I really enjoyed this video. Also liked the Fiddle music. Was that from our own state Senator Byrd album? Thanks Troy. 👍

The music is my neighbor's bluegrass band. Born Old is the name of the band. You can find them on SoundCloud.

I receive ads from them all the time, flyers, etc. Seems like a good mill. I hope when you make a longer video you include the costs please.

I am excited to see this mill in action. I think I was given a poor impression of this brand based on the Samurai Carpenter. He made a video about how dissatisfied he was with it, so it will be good to see another opinion.
Can't wait to see what you do with this.

Next sawmill I buy will not be assemble it yourself type of sawmill. To me is s royal pain to assemble the one I bought as several sections of the assembly manual were pee poor in clarity.

Red Tool House - Homestead people are going nuts for those "live edge" shelves and tables these days. I always figured there'd be some nice profits in those as you're literally just cutting a slab and maybe finishing it.
