      Thank you, Lisa! I’m so glad you enjoyed those personal reflections-they mean a lot to me. That was also the year my Nana helped me make a genealogy project for school.
      And yes, jasmine tea is remarkable! I discovered its benefits for headaches through a little experiment of my own. I often got headaches, but I noticed that drinking jasmine green tea instead of plain green tea made a big difference. I tested it out-tried jasmine green tea without honey (still worked), plain green tea with honey (didn’t work), and jasmine green tea with honey (still worked). Then, I did some research and discovered that jasmine has properties that help balance mood and relieve headaches. It was such a fun discovery, and it’s been my go-to ever since! Have you ever tried it?
