- How to make BOLO DE FUBÁ SEM FERMENTO? On this video I show you how to make BOLO DE FUBÁ SEM FERMENTO!
Ingredients
125g fine polenta
125g caster sugar
4 extra large eggs
Method
Grease a ring cake tin with spread, sprinkle fine polenta and set aside. In a bowl place the egg yolks and beat a little bit. Add half of caster sugar little by little and beat until to become pale yellow. Add fine polenta little by little, mix together and set aside. Preheat the oven to 180°C. In another bowl pour the egg whites and beat to soft peaks. Add the remaining caster sugar little by little and beat to stiff peaks. Incorporate the fine polenta mixture little by little and mix very gently. Pour the cake batter into the buttered and floured with fine polenta ring cake tin and bake for about 25 minutes.
