Magandang araw po… nahilig po ako or i am obsessed i guess sa siopao making😊… pinanood ko yung mga videos mo at sa lahat na yun, very consistent ang texture ng dough mo.. i tried numerous times before gamit ang King Arthur’s brand na unbleached AFP, pero sad to say hindi ko gusto ang outcome dahil hindi maputi ang siopao, and i even tried putting vinegar as suggested by others… then i tried just recently using the White Lily bleached flour, thinking that it would make my dough white, but when i followed the two cups measurement of liquid per your receipe, the dough was too soft and sticky and i ended up adding maybe about 1 cup more or less to your measurement of 4 cups AFP, and it was still sticky…would you please enlighten me kung ano bang brand or type of all purpose flour you are using to make a perfect dough? Suggestions and advices would be greatly appreciated. By the way, I live in Georgia, USA, so the brands that i have been using in my bread making are store brand, King Arthur and recently, the White Lily bleached… am considering Gold Medal probably… thank you
@flordelizanesmith9234 You can try AFP from Costco the blue bag one. Kailangan maraming times paalsahin as you can see in the video. At kapag na kneading huwag maraming flour. Huwag masyadong sticky at hindi rin hard ung dough mag cause ng dryness. At pag steam you can watch my new video. Pwede rin sa AFP from Walmart.

Hello LV, gumawa ako nitong pork asado siopao today, sinunud Ko ang recipe mo pero bakit sa 3rd proofing yung 30 mins na proofing after that sobra ka sticky ang dough, malambut naman siya after na steam ko na ng 15 minutes pero bakit na flat ang Siopao after na steam? Ganito ba talaga? Wala akong comment sa lasa talagang masarap siya especially the pork filling. Can you please explain why? Thank you. More power to your channel. ❤️😊
Dapat sa pag lagay palang ng filling hindi na sticky ang dough, nag cocause ito na maging flat hindi pa naluluto, lalo na kapag after ma-steam talagang flat na siya.
Hello thank you po for responding me right away. Sa totoo lang hindi ko siya mabilog kasi talagang napaka sticky at dumidikit sa mga kamay ko. Kaya ge flatten ko na lang at saka ni lagyan kaunting flour on top sa dough at ginamitan ko ng rolling pin. I don’t know kung Saan ako nagkamali sinunud ko naman lahat. Thank you po. @@melchieify Sa paglagay ng lahat ng ingredients at sticky parin doon ka magdagdag ng flour. Pagkatapos ng unang pagpapaalsa ng dough, kapag minasa hindi na ito dapat sticky, iwasang gumamit ng flour sa pagmasa na cocause ng pag itim. Pagkatapos ng pangalawang pagpapaalsa, masahin uli bago i-cut into small pieces. At bilugin bawat isa , after mabilog lahat saka lang maglagay ng flour sa surface.

Sa totoo lang na try ko na mga iba’t ibang siopao dough recipe ng iba pero ang iyong recipe ang pinaka sarap ng lahat at ang pinaka lambot na finished product. Freezer after ma-steam then thaw it and microwave for 15-20 seconds 😊❤️

Ang ginagawa ko i-steam muna siya ng at least 10-12 mins , at kapag malamig na saka ko ilalagay sa freezer para kapag ithaw siya fresh parin.

Kaya kapag i-cut ang dough into small pcs. binibilog ko pa isa-isa ng ilang segundo makakatulong na maging firm ang dough.
