how does the sled work? does it dig into the ground or something

there's a box full of weights that travels up the sled as they pull, the farther they pull the more weight gets put on the front of the sled

@@chrisrogers6103 yes exactly. They have grouser bars on the pan too. When that box is over the pan the friction and weight is tremendous to stop the pull.
