VERY interesting! I like the fact that Jonathan has decided to stick with Property Development/Management and is moving forward. He did a great job on the 2nd property.

Oh! It's mostly a re-hash of (season 3) his first development ... with a bit tacked on at the very end. Wish we'd got to see THIS development, with Jonathan beginning by knocking on his neighbors doors and introducing himself to them!!!!
THAT, I would have liked to see!
