I would not suggest anyone to choose HM, long shifts and low salary with no future.looking at the future and AI, I think students need to be think harder so please try to choose career related to space technology, artificial technology.
After many days talked about the wonderful Tropic, as always these words are very reasonable. the hotel industry is much scarier than it looks on the outside.There is no fixed time for duty, no fixed time for vacation or day off . Bonuses are no news, most of all putting extra pressure in this industry 😭😭

Nowadays only GSA post is given to even ihm passed students. You are almost same as unqualified people because 5 star is employing 10th , 12 th passed students with no knowledge. if you want be same as these guys then you can join 5 star. Ultimately how much labour you can do is important and not your skills and degree. People are joining facilities , the hours are fixed. In f and b you have this break duty which spoils your health due to two shifts on the same day. GSA people are leaving jobs within few months because they are not able to cope up labour duty and less salary.
