Actually my friend is studying food production in ihm Guwahati which is of 1 year and den 6 months industrial training. She wants to do her training at her native place shillong. Is it possible for her to choose her own training hotel ?
Very nice ...and to the point video . Yes , you have pointed out the issue correctly , going out of the comfort zone and started working in the IT many candidates get offended, scared , depressed after facing the reality in the IT. But the fact is only the best will service . Most of the HMCT students want to become celebrity like sanjeev kapoor , but do not want to go through the learning process to reach that level, all the great chefs have spent hours and hours in kitchen working their A**es off , the young generation call this Gadha Majdoori and avoid it. Sad part.

I am pursuing Post graduation diploma in hotel operation from Madhya Pradesh state institute of hospitality training bhopal and my eight-month industrial training is { Caspia Hotel Shalimar bagh }Delhi I do not know this hotel is 3 star 4 stars and Some people say this is a budget hotel and
some reason I did not get a five star hotel for industrial training

I have seen many students who get 5 star hotel but leave because they have not anything to learn.
First of all it is not they that will teach.. it is you who has to learn.
Most of students who has spend 1 month in Room Service doesnt know which brand of crockery they are using and what is the size of plates.
If you want to learn then you have to ask.
