This could start with something as simple as buying less garbage generating products, or growing a garden to rely less on the commercial food industry. Sustainable swaps: 1. Reuse towels to replace paper towels. 2. Make coffee at home. 3. Use bar soap, go for the pure soap (read the label). 4. Compost the kitchen scraps and grass cuttings (not citrus or bones). 5. Grow your own food, if possible. Allows you to avoid pesticides. Containers and/or raised beds are a good place to start. I do think they have good soaps, but I don’t personally use them. I like locally made soaps from craft stores and farmers markets.
