0:54 I had no idea West Coast Railways owned a class 33! 2:33 what's a 465 doing in Doncaster?! 3rd rail doesn't go that far north in the UK! (those two cars were moved by 5:28) 6:38 nice to see a class 90 pulling those blue and white excursion coaches! 8:43 nice catch of a class 88 in front of a DB class 66! That reminds me of the colorful lash-ups of locomotives we have in America! 10:39 WOW! I'm surpsied a UK operating company has acquired a class 66 that was used in the Netherlands!
Thanks, Mike. Appreciated. The video is mainly made up of footage from days that hadn't gone as planned, although I was pleased with the selection at Doncaster.
Thank you. Much appreciated. It's a shame you weren't able to see 6601 on this occasion. Perhaps when the repairs have been completed and a return move is organised, it might provide a further opportunity for you to see it.
Thank you. The 66 is indeed a foreign locomotive. From information I have read, I believe it's based in Belgium and has been transported to Longport Electro-Motive Depot for extensive repairs.
Thanks for watching. The 66 will not be used by a UK operator. As stated in the above comments, it has been transported to Longport Electro-Motive Depot for extensive repairs and is expected to return to the continent at a later date.
I enjoy your videos, Kyle. If anybody could point me toward other channels of equally good quality that feature North American or German trains, I'd appreciate it.
You've captured a great variety of traction on your travels Kyle. A superb video!
Cheers - Allan.

Brilliant video with a nice variety of diesels :) Was the 66 (999) a foreign locomotive at all?
Flyin9 Scotsman 66999 was foreign it's over for maintenance
Thank you. The 66 is indeed a foreign locomotive. From information I have read, I believe it's based in Belgium and has been transported to Longport Electro-Motive Depot for extensive repairs.

So is the Captrain 66 going to be used by a UK operator?
It's going to Longport for repairs
It came over to Hull by ship and then it will be sent back once the repairs are completed
Thanks for watching. The 66 will not be used by a UK operator. As stated in the above comments, it has been transported to Longport Electro-Motive Depot for extensive repairs and is expected to return to the continent at a later date.
You mean to say there is nowhere on the continent that can fix it?.... Must admit I do like the livery. Excellent video Kyle, thanks for sharing
so it seems we have Shed expertise second to none
I don't think that 66 is a British one
I enjoy your videos, Kyle.
