The scene was different but the idea was stolen or borrowed from another similar story where a guy is walking on the beach of a lake and then fishes for a bit and catches a small bluegill or perch or some other bony fish and then he sees a fresh shiny red apple. The guy picks it up and takes a bite and is hooked and pulled into the lake. Here is the link : A Little Fishy (Vincent Price - Escapes 1986)
the concept was okay but this seriously should have been about one minute long so that it is an interesting twist, instead of dragged out into 8 minutes where everyone predicts it way ahead of time and just gets bored

I am so very glad that I didn't spend more than ten minutes watching this. I mean, it's bad enough that it's erased 8:08 of the precious minutes in my life. If it had been an actual moviei think I would have died of shock... From not ever knowing how bad a movie could actually be until this one!

Charlie the tuna strikes back. The premise was good, but the outcome was predictable. Really bad acting and did you notice at the end the dude takes his hat off, but it mysteriously is back on his head. What's for dinner, we're having manwiches.

As a fisherman of over 30 years I have to say that the actor’s casting technique here is woeful. I’m not surprised he caught nowt.
