hey, as an ex-McKinsey EM myself, the speaker is missing a big part of the EM job; problem-solving. Structuring the problem at the start of the study, identifying hypotheses you want to test and aligning workstreams with the hypotheses to be validated, and constantly pivoting as necessary is one of the most important parts of the job.
