how did you mount the flat plate for the supercharger to the intake manifold, also im assuming you got the metal intake manifold for bolting things to it or welding. Also, i have an 2011 p7b and have been thinking about using an eaton m90 doing what you did, but instead of methaline, i want to put an intercooler between the superharger output and the intakemanifold to cool the air. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated but it is very inspiring to see someone else do essentially the same thing i have been thinking of. It looks great and sounds amazing.
Lower intake is cast aluminum from a 1993 crown Vic. Very significant machine work on a 3 axis Bridgeport mill as well as AC TIG welding was required. Making the intake was the most difficult, tedious, annoying and frustrating part. I could not fit an intercooler without cutting the hood. If you don’t mind cutting a big hole in the hood and running a hod scoop. You can run any intercooler you want. I didn’t want to have a hole in the hood.
Can’t wait to see this series reuploaded 🙏🏼
I am hoping to release them once a week. Stay tuned. I have part II ready.
