I would happily lift and move that amp. It is under 100lbs! Try moving an Earthquake Cinenova Grande 5/7ch amp! I will say, really looking at the multi chn amps by Tonewinner. Add one to pair with my Earthquake to power all my surround channels. Keep my Earthquake powering the front channels.
I have the Newer version of the ToneWinner 7300 which is a 7 channel amp and i am very happy happy with it . I was using a Anthem MCA 325 to do my front 3 channels and bought it in hopes of better sound quality for music over the 2 mono blocks from Emotiva that I was using and there was a slight improvement when it came to music listening with my OPPO 205 on my LINN MAJIC 140s....so when I got the ToneWinner I was going to use it for the front 3 channels and the top 4 channels and if I didnt like what I heard up front I planned to go back using the Anthem...Right off the bat I heard an improvement in my music with just 2 channel listening and it was even better with my surround sound collection on DVD AUDIO and SACD....now I will say if you have a bad recording you are going to hear that..and how bad it really is...So your equipment isnt going to make a bad recording sound better ..its just going to let you know if it is good or bad that has been my experience...and with movies there is also an improvement I am hearing things in the sound track that i never heard before ...it might have been there in the first place but now I am hearing ...like oh ..thats what it sounds like...! And the music on my surround sound collection ..I am saying the same thing ...you are just hearing it as a more natural sound the way it sounds in real life....So that has been my experience with the newer 7300 ...I can only imagine at how good the AD-Ipa must sound! So Cheers to ToneWinner!
You need to review the matching pre amplifier with some nice XLR(s) and some 24 bit audio. Just shows us that Tone winner and Jade Audio (and Amir from Summit Hi Fi) can totally deliver audiophile (Classe, Parasound JC5, etc) quality platforms that change the price entry barrier.
If anything, its gotta be the heaviest amplifier under 3grand. Looks like an amazing amp for the price. These tone winners definitely seem to be winning the lowest price amp battles which makes them very interesting, I appreciate the video, also I think my father drove a 1972 tonewinner
Everything seems nice only specifications are incomplete. How much watts does it give at 4 ohms? They say 500 one channel driven. But i am not going to listen one channel. How much in stereo? Why they hide it? What is the power in class A at 4 ohms? Can anybody give an answer?

@@SpecOfTech got the Emotiva A3 amp for the living room. Going to see if i can hear a difference compared to my old Yamaha AVR powering a pair of Emotiva T1+. I noticed the AVR does a good job w bass on the T1+ when it's just a bass guitar riff but then the bass guitar gets "hidden" behind all the other instruments when the full band starts playing. (I am assuming it's the amp and not the recording). Curious if a properly matched amp does a better job. Getting subs for the living room isn't in the equation so let's see. I don't think the AVR is getting enough juice to the 4ohm speakers. Let's see :) i really like your channel thanks for all you do.
@@SpecOfTech Thank you..That's exactly the point: I am a high end guy, and these Chinese brands are just sneered at. Admittedly sometimes quality control is deficient, but this brand appears ok and very professional Anyway, I just ordered one!
I have tone winners 7 channel amp you reviewed and am real happy with it. Have by chance thought of reviewing osd? I'm thinking of getting one for my height speakers. Their x11 amp looks insane. If had to to it all over I'd get just that one amp, if I could move it.
I have heard about the 11 channel amp. Kyle Bliss from Life of Bliss did a review on it. It has been a long time since I watched that video, but I do remember he had quite a few issues with the amp, it might be worth it for you to check out his review on it.
@@SpecOfTech I did watch an unboxing a while back but I'll check out the review. I was wondering if it would be taking chances depending on one amplifier for your whole system. I run 4ohm speakers and something that said it put out 600 x 11 still 380 @ 8ohms sounded too impressive for the price. Thanks for the response, I'll check out the video. I was going to get osd over outlaw, emo or others in that price bracket for my Atmos speakers because osd has higher wattage rating, but maybe I should spend a little more and not take a chance.
Awesome! They look phenomenal! Definitely a serious amplifier. Seems like they would nuke the little Polks lol. Kind of like having a Civic and dropping a 426 hemi in it! But I am sure you have some serious floor standers in the works! I have 2 PS Audio Stellar M700 Monoblocks, which I love, Class D Hybrid much like your Nuprime. Similar power specs, 350w @8, 700@4ohm as is the Tonewinner. I have a AD 1PA on order, I am wondering if its worth getting.. sonically better? I am really looking forward to your thoughts on the AD 1PA! PS...thanks for showing your good side!!! 🤣🤣 Cheers!
Lol, if ever there was someone willing to drop a 426 Hemi into a Civc, it's this guy😂. The Polks took it like a champ, those bookies are pretty impressive. The soundstage on them is pretty damn amazing, and so easy to place. Your PS Audio amps are pretty fantastic, I wonder how they compare to the AD-1PA as well, might have to do some A/B testing. Lol...let me ASS you a few questions. I totally should have pulled an Ace Ventura move when I bent over in front of the camera.
thanks again for the nice review, what do you think about this brand long term? Difference between the big XPA and this one> which one you prefer? and Why? base on your answer I may order some.
Tonewinner is actually a large manufacturer that has been building for other brands like Emotiva for a long time. They are an established company, but only in the last few years have tried building products of their own, geared towards the North American market. I think that Tonewinner will only gain traction in our market in the coming years. They aren't going anywhere, they are much larger than people think. There are 2 models for Emotiva, the regular XPA and the XPA-DR2. They both are essentially the same topology and the same tech inside. If you like Class A/B power using a class H power supply the Emotiva is hard to beat at its price point. This Tonewinner is a very different animal from those amps. First of all you won't see a transformer in the Emotiva amps due to their power supply, the Tonewinner has a massive transformer. The Tonewinner is also pure Class A power for the first 100 watts per channel, or it is 300 wpc in Class A/B topology. I was looking at the Emotivas before buying these Tonewinners. The reason I chose the Tonewinner is because of the power supply and because it has both Class A & Class A/B power, best of both worlds. Not to mention the ability to quickly switch between binding posts, that will be very handy for me in particular for comparisons. Lastly Tonewinner builds all of Emotivas components, the quality should at least be comparable with their own units. In this case I believe this Tonewinner to be much better built.
@@SpecOfTech you mean toroidal transformer. Yes Emotive gave up on that. You will see that in there older generation models. But they don't have enough oxycontin to deal with the weight you are dealing with there. I agree on the class A Tonewinner platform. You would need to go with Parasound JC5 to compare. Does Amir sell these beauties? Free shipping? You really need a Anthem AVM 90 to appreciate 2 channel and high resolution music source like Amazon UltraHD at 24 bit / 96 kHz signal. You do the best reviews. I have always suggested get a 98" Samsung or TCL for that room.

@@SpecOfTech nice! Try Atlantic Technology 8600 LCRs if you can next. You may like them a lot :) great work on this amp…never would have learned about this without you!
Well, it's not really bi-amping if using the same channel/module to output signal. It is technically bi-wiring then, you are just using to sets of binding posts to do it. It's somewhat odd how they have it designed, but at the same time very handy.
Having had about 10 amps that ran pure class A, I'd say you really want to stay away from Class A....it's really not worth it and the components like capacitors degrade a lot beacuse of the extra heat. The general design and choice of components dictates how a device sounds, just changing the bias won't do much by itself.
You mean grt 2 of them and only use 1 channel of each? Yeah, of course you could. There isn't really a need, to do that, but if you want to, go for it.
These amps are comparable to units costing $10,000+, simply incredible sound quality for the money.

Open 1st box. Flip over and slip out second box. Flip second box, open and flip over. Slide box off. No lifting required.
But then you don't get to wreck your lower back 😜. Yeah, you're right there is other ways of opening it without lifting lol.
