Good review of this older version. I just bought a 2019 Yaris Hybrid and coming from a petrol vehicle I find it amazing. Driver who delivered it showed me he had got 62 mpg, Rochester to London!
I just got a 14 plate myself, needed an auto to get to work and the gym. Plus, it’s going to save me money on road tax and fuel, compared to my previous Vauxhall Corsa VXR, which was very unreliable, and only did 23mpg avg
Although I mainly do motorway driving, the M5 can be like a car park in the peak times, I am considering one of these as it's also compact enough for someone who lives in the centre of town My mileage probably won't be that low, probably double what "they" say the average mileage should be, I currently drive a Smart diesel, with a light right foot i average 85-90mpg
Brilliant car, never does less than 50mpg, very comfortable, poky around town, buy one, you won't be disappointed!

is this car good around sharp corners?
It handles well, it’s no sports car, but then you wouldn’t expect it too.
