Warrior Tier just released a video of an Ogryn during Sanguinala. Its the Christmas equivalent that became a Galactic Holiday after Sangunius gave his life to protect the Emperor.
Ogrins are just good, big boys, who didn`t want that their little friends in army get hurt by bad people.
And they have to live in this dark universe.
