i have tried this method but the psp always crashes

Sometimes it crashes on the emulator as well. I tested this, you should destroy the truck and get on the bike by exact way shown in the video (5:46-6:00). Somehow it usually prevents the crash. Works with Fast Memory on too.
This should help, but I'm not sure cause I don't have a PSP.
