@@abdurrazaq1567 as I said, you should've captured at least one site of each type. If one or several types are missing, you have to destroy several enemy sites and wait for enemies to rebuild them, and keep destroying them until you get all types available. If there'd be at least one enemy site, you could destroy it as many times as you need. But in your case I dunno what can help. Maybe the CheatDevice.

You have 1.00, and I guess it does NOT use it, as far as I am told, since Sprite had such Version since I told him where to get it the day after release as well. @@jerebets I gave up once the packers kept disappearing and not showing up in the underground parking lot. 10+ packers were sacrificed. I also found out that in my environment, the method of rolling the wreckage of the car with dawn-off is not usable to get this because the wreckage does not move at all. @@jerebets Since SA DE is the only one I have yet to really experiment with and understand everything about Special Vehicles, maybe you can give me some facts and details. Are you saying the Impounds don't work anymore and are totally broken OR can you just casually drive the AP Packer into the LS Impound and store it manually and it'll save all while doing the usual steps for exiting with pointing the camera. Does that not work or something? You say only TWO Vehicles and not THREE can be stored there now? I also hear SF Impound is completely not able to be used, but LS/LV are, just wondering why only TWO Vehicles and not THREE. Have you tried anything else? I am thinking of actually making a Series on my Channel for SA DE and showcasing all possible Special Vehicles that DO NOT WORK anymore and show WHY in the Video for each. I know the Shotguns/Minigun can't move Wrecks anymore. Anything else I should know? I am soon going to be doing a 13.90% Starter Save for SA DE and then MAYBE going to 100% with X amount of Special Vehicles if it's worth it or not.

Personally I'm attempting this challenge too (glitchless of course) with a total of 2 kills. Currently at THE PASSION OF THE HEIST, still doing some "research" on how to pass the mission and before i forget - exploding vehicles is allowed and usually the last resort in case other means seems not to be possible.

@@jerebets I'm pretty sure you've watched Darkviperau's pacifists on GTA 5. He never kills indirectly unless otherwise and if so he uses melee. I got GTA VCS and booted it just today in a long time and I've attempted that part @1:22 and there's another way to kill the Cholos.

@@user4ccount no, I watched zazaza691, he passed gta 3 and vc. I use any means avaliable except cheats and mods.

@@jerebets Well I've watched him too. I'm also personally doing a Pacifist run on GTA 3. Anyway I'll give you a tip on VCS, make enemies follow you on the road and use the NPC drivers to run them over.
