Works and is sensible on paper. However, encouraging a pupil to wait is a challenge indeed. I do believe that something more substantial has to be enforced.
That is the issue often, the DVSA don't understand their clients. Also extending some of these times could just make learners more nervous due to fear of a bigger wait should their fail.
I wouldn’t cancel a test but just reschedule the date. I had a test booked for Feb 2021 and kept moving it to ensure I could connect to the website, ended up taking the test on Oct 2021. I had to do that to fit with my medical condition.
my theory test is in 12 days, I'm prepared and my friends are gonna quiz me tonight :) people should absolutely be ready when the date comes, sure some will still fail but that's life.
@@therealsamtheman did you practice the multiple choice through apps? Cause I’ve basically memorised all the 750plus questions and answers by now and get 50/50 on 9 mocks out of 10 but don’t know if the questions will be any similar or not
@@EdwardElfigo No I didn't use apps, I had a book and learned and re-learned the material. I also watched some youtube videos like this one. Driving Crawley's video on crossings is great
@@therealsamtheman I just did my theory test yesterday and passed, got 49/50 and 68/75 on the Hazard, 95 or so % of the questions I got I had revised through the app, same goes for 8 of the 14 hazard videos. I feel great rn.
The dvsa also needs to fix the backlog on issuing/renewing licenses. I applied in 7th aug and it didnt arrive unti; 29th sep. I also keep failing my theory test (not real). I have 1 booked for 17th feb and i could never exceed 46 marks, tho i passed just 3 times after taking 11 tests. Idk some info about vehicle documents, braking distances and questions that say 'how far can u reverse?' Idk what wrong with waving pedestrians to cross at a pedestrian/zebra crossing when im stopped since thats what i picked

I want to change the test to new available date but it says limit reached
you can only change it up to 6 times.
If you need to change it again you will need to cancel the test and rebook a fresh one.

It’s wrong to wave pedestrians at crossings because another vehicle may be coming.
Are these changes definitely happening? If so when?
As per video they are just going under consultation.
So not confirmed yet.
