You walk amongst the greatest of men. A great man is not measured by wealth or power but by how he helps others achieve great thing's through the pain of his own body. Many would never see these wonderful places, but through you're own pain, you bring these great places to the homes of many people. 😀👍
Dombrovski would have loved this Rob, superb camera work. Its not easy to capture the spirit of Tassie nor to have enough spirit to seek it. Breathtaking.
Mate, bloody awesome. You just showed me a wonderland of incredible beauty. I thought at my age I could not achieve what you have, however I felt like I was there too. Thank you so much for everything you post. What a wonderful life experience to share.
Bloody hell! What can be achieved in a day? You are a great example of what can be done if you get off your ass and do it. Fantastic footage. Beautiful edited. You did paradise justice. On more than one occasion the look on your face, drifting in silence amongst the dinosaurs, said it all! Cheers to those that had the foresight to fight for it!
Absolutely beautiful Rob you are doing a great service for Tasmania, I truly hope someday the Tasmanian Government will recognize you for your service. Thank you
Wow this was 2 years ago, thank you for taking me on your journey loved every minute with you. What a life experience, just found your channel im going to binge watch them all now 😊
Tasmania is beautiful and I had only seen snippets of its wilderness until you showed the World its incredible sights. Every moment of your adventure brought more and more of its treasure to light. You took a journey that many of us can only dream of but you captured it all on video and brought us one step closer. Thank you.
Bloody brilliant adventure. You have done more in your short life than many do in 100 years. Thanks for sharing and allowing us all to come with you. Glad this area was preserved. Can't imagine why people would consider destroying it for short term profit.
Truly inspiring mate. Having recently discovered your page, I have watched a number of your videos over the past week - and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. Hope to cross paths with you someday. Cheers
I’ve just found and subscribed to your channel after binge watching many, many episodes. Absolutely amazing footage, stories and respect for our environment. You inspire me to explore my own land .
Fantastic rob I visited the Gordon as a younger man and it is truly in my top five parts of Australia hands down. Thanks for showing us an amazing part of the world
This journey was extremely well done, photography most enjoyable and your research prior to expedition so informative, selection of music a treat also. Too many credits from this "old dog", that may give you a swelled head. Keep up the good work ,just lovin' it
Thanks Robb for lett8ing me come along on your journey, the scenery blew me away, we live in such a beautiful place, my eyes were just soaking in natures beauty, WOW WOW thanks so much for sharing
Hi Rob, l have only now been introduced to you and your video trips via my good friends in south Tassy. I live in Central Victoria on a 56 acre registered Sanctuary. I purchased this land to give back, protect and expand the extraordinary ammount of endemic flora and fauna on this connected corridor. I purchased Olegus book during the Gordon below Franklin protests when visiting Tasmania to assist ground zero protests . I was 21. Ever since l have been in love with Tasmanias wilderness experiencing rivers, landscapes and beaches as l am a part time Aboriginal anthropologist. Your shared experiences are inspirational and l thank you very much for the detail and time allowed in your videos to simply absorb at length mother nature at her natural and rare best.
So impressed. What a genuine adventure. You have far bigger balls than me mate. I was relieved when you put on a life jacket. Can’t wait for your next one. Thanks for all the effort. Perfect editing and shooting.
Another Captivating Experience Rob...Around every turn and bend there's a new adventure...Always a Hidden Story..So much More Beautiful, Silent Mystery. Thankyou 👍❤
What a world we live in aye, On one hand you have a bloke who can plan out a trip like this with all the equipment and attention to detail that is required and then on the other hand we have the people who will look at the one hour plus length and keep scrolling because they cant muster the attention span. Love your work mate....keep em coming.
There is so much of little tassie that people don't see unless u do what u do and explore hats off to u Rob its always good to watch u explore and Levi 🤟🤟
I spent all night watching your adventures, it's simply breathtaking. I have dreamt for almost a decade to explore Tassie's wilderness, rivers and mountains. Maybe one day I will be able to afford it. Greetings from a fellow Lissie fan from Bulgaria! I can't wait to see the rest of your films!
That was an epic trip and the landscape is gorgeous. I’m in the U.S. and thanks to your videos, visiting Tasmania is now on my bucket list! You are a weapon brother! Keep at it, and thanks for taking us along.
Really makes you think how insignificant and fleeting our lives are, when you look at the towering majesty of those ancient beings and that scenery. It really is an amazing place Tasmania. Thank you for taking us along on your journey. Once again you have excelled in delivering a brilliant film.
Thanks for creating/sharing this glimpse into the beauty that is Tas. I now wish I'd slept in that nice hut at Sir John Falls rather than outside in the rain a couple of times.
This was profound for me to watch, thank you, so many beautiful metaphors for life and how nature reflects it back to us, Thank you, deep gratitude for your passion.
I’ve just watched this for the second time. I love your photography and ability to record an adventure. It makes my day and fuels my desire (as an older walker) to experience more of Tasmanian wilderness. Olegas Truchanas would be well pleased with your work.
The highlight for me in this video was from 29 minutes to 31 minutes , just to hear the birds and the water , I can take that all day. I am looking forward for your next video , well done ,cheers
Another fantastic journey in the Tassie wilderness . Yes we all appreciate exploring Tasmania through your eyes Rob, something I wish I could do but is physically impossible for me. This is just totally amazing.. I am enjoying every minute of this journey with you & it’s breathtakingly beautiful. You capture the beauty of our amazing state so very well & im hooked on your adventures.. Thankyou
Thanks Rob as I watch all Ur stuff this one was special. As a Victorian and a tree lover in the way going out in nature to just sit in the wilderness is a very special thing. The Swan pine is such a majestic tree and even after a few visits down that way I have yet to be privileged enough to gaze upon them as u did here. Thanks for the inspiration I need to get my ass down their
fabulous, thank you so much. We have learned to love Tasmania through your eyes and skills, this video really knocks the ball right out of the park. Stunning formations, critters and ever expanding scenery. Wow, Nature is perfect. Go Gold Boy, good luck with all your adventures. Live long and prosper :D
THAT WAS EPIC! you are a weapon haha Hats off to you doing that solo and documenting it so well while navigating a river you’ve never been down. Great job 👏🏼
I really enjoy watching your adventures. You go to place that very few have seen. Following historic journeys keeps these stories alive. Really well done mate. Keep it up.
Oh my I found it! Another AWESOME ADVENTURE! Stunning country & legendry journey! I would have liked to know a little more about the flowering trees (if you knew) - those Huons where you stayed were incredible & I love Myrtles! I would have preferred to hear a little more about your struggles and past stories, the rushing waters and dripping rain rather than quite so much Ellie & Lissie - but can't take away from what an epic adventure this was and your marvellous photography, which single-handedly is EPIC! Shall share far & wide!! Keep safe, Spring is here - Adventures are calling...
I am 5.26 into this video and I already know it’s one of the best I’ve ever watched on UA-cam, so excited for this
