loving the new store, if you were to ask me one suggestion, it would be to move the tequilla to the left wall so that you have bourbon down the far right wall and the second favorite down the far left wall with everything else falling where they may.
can you make a video talking about your antitheft tactics? how to prevent or minimize theft. product placement to make expensive stuff more visible. things like that.
Great video, what kind of pricing tiers do the distributor offer? Like the difference in price between buying a single cs vs 100? Much appreciated Roy.
What license do you need in total? From being able to sell liquor and beer, do you need a separate one for the margaritas to-go? How much money would you say I’d have to spend for one brand new liquor store?
@@RoySoCrazythat’s crazy cool. So does this license allow you to mix any open beverages? Basically like a daiquiri shop, but with liquor and you can produce as much quantity as you want and have them sold by the gallon?
Roy, how do you systemize a management system to keep employees from stealing and keep track of items from missing from theft or lost. How many employees and market price do you pay out for your managers or employees labor cost.
$149 for eagle rare. I don't think you realize how many people see/hear those prices and never return to your store ever because that's way beyond secondary pricing. Your store gets labeled a museum in the bourbon forums and google reviews, and not only do you lose the customer that came into your store, but you lose 10x as many that never even go to your store because of that. You'd be much better off with a real customer loyalty program or some kind of raffle instead for your allocated products. Especially as demand for whiskey declines and people are refusing to pay over MSRP.
149 for ER... Lol..even 50 is slightly crazy since you gotta buy hundreds of dollars of over priced stuff to become a vip customer and we can get ER on secondary for 50 to 60 most days of the week. Why would anyone shop there vs driving 10 minutes in any direction for a TW or Specs and saving a ton of money. But I guess there are sucker's born everday. I wouldn't ever buy anything after I see your ER marked up for 150. Smh.
He did, which is why I can pretty much guarantee it's not what I would call a successful store. It might be marginally profitable, but highly doubt it has high inventory turnover and profitability numbers. Successful stores come up with actual loyalty systems for allocated product.
Damn bro, so basically you’re a museum. Any store that sells products for secondary is garbage. Hell, selling ER to “loyal” customers for $50 is still a garbage markup.
I own multiple liquor stores. I would recommend starting to carry vapes, pipes, kratom, dick pills, and delta 8 products. This will increase your revenue by at least $100k to $150k per year. If you're in a legal state with gaming, try to get a license for that as well
Presentation is everything. Shows you put a lot of pride in organization
Congrats on your new store Roy
I appreciate you so much
