In her 60s, she had met a nice gentleman who treated her do well, traveled with her, and made her so happy. They married and he lived to be 102. She’s still living. She gives me hope that love can happen at any age especially when you are least expecting it. (How she met him was from volunteering and serving her community. Little did she know that he lived only a few blocks away.)

First thing I noticed, when we started dating: my apartment suddenly looked really messy to me. Before I didn't care. I bought three new pieces of furniture (because I just saved on that) to make it all more cohesive looking befor his first visit. We moved together about three years ago and that was not easy. He furnishes his home like an 80 year old would and it took us a while to come together with that. But really, that was the hardest part. Everything else is cool. We match with our desire for cleanliness of the home, which means we don't argue about a sock on the floor or a plate in the sink but both evenly clean and tidy up. And I think this is why we get along really well.
