    HOW-TO Run this Sports Training Drill:
    - Set up several Mini Cones 5 yards apart in a zig-zag pattern.
    - Place a Lateral Resistor Pro around your ankles.
    - Choose the correct tension (Yellow is the easiest, Black is the hardest).
    - Shuffle to each cone at a 45 degree position, forward and backward.
