Man, I love your channel! Your videos are very accessible, I personally enjoy the fact that you film everything in your kitchen. It can get a bit overwhelming to watch somebody make cocktails in front of an expansive home bar when you know you have 5 spirits in the cupboard and a beginner's cocktail set on the shelf lol. Also, your garnishes are gorgeous! Especially that cucumber ribbon, wow. I will definitely check out your garnish videos next, followed by the homemade ginger beer one. It's been literally impossible for me to find ginger beer locally, so that might be the way to go actually :)
You changed from dry shake to reverse dry shake (first with ice, then without it), I really like it more than doing dry shake at the beginning to emulsify!!
Good video. Even though people may look down on vodka as a spirit, there are definitely some good vodka cocktails. And it surprised me when I found out I could taste the difference between a cocktail made with a better vodka and one made with a low end vodka. (I can even taste the difference in an espresso martini) I've had some of the cocktails on this video, so now I have to try at least some of the rest.
It’s probably down to it being used as a ‘get drunk’ ingredient. Vodka red bulls, vodka lime soda, vodka lemonade. It’s just a tacky way to get drunk for younger crowds. There’s definitely a difference in low to high end vodka, high end is usually triple distilled that makes it super smooth, whereas low end cheap and harsh. Grey Goose and Ciroc are also made with grapes as opposed to grain, there’s a huge difference in mouth feel, texture and even flavour in those than traditional vodka.
20 ml vodka whipped cream 20ml liqueur 43 and 100ml orange juice, mix with ice and shake, if you don't have vodka whipped cream, spray whipped cream on it yourself
Beautiful cocktails as always. Have you ever tried using Szechuan peppercorns as an ingredient? They aren't actually hot/spicy but give a strange tingling sensation.
Hi! I have already tried clarified vodka milk punch. It’s good to drink, but I have one question. I can’t taste earl gray tea when I drinking. You said you add about 5gr of tea for 250gr of water before. I would like to ask how long does it take to brew tea? Thanks a lot.
Un vodka increíble, yo he probado todas sus variantes. Una pena que actualmente el precio donde vivo se ha disparado y ahora cuesta más de 60$. Tendré que probar el Ruby! 🤤
Great video! I definitely want to try the clarified vodka punch! It's so pink, I need it! How long do you think the clarified coconut milk punches last? (If you don't drink them immediately!) Are they fridge/shelf stable?
May I ask you one question? For clarified vodka milk punch, did you use sweetened coconut cream, unsweetened coconut cream or coconut milk? Thanks a lot!
Clarifying with Yogurt is possible but it doesn'T work the same way AND the flavours will be completely different. The great thing in this cocktail is actually the coconut flavour so I wouldn't recommend it. Cheers!
Sorry but that's the whole point of this cocktail. The load of ice cools it down quick so it keeps it's temperature so you get an etremely cold cocktail that doesn't get watered down in a second.

Woohoo, vodka my favorite! Congrats on the collab with Grey Goose. I’m here with my pen and notepad!
It's a fantastic resource for those who love a good drink but don't want to invest too much time or effort into making them.
Amazing recipes sir. Well done ✅. ❤
Yes please do another video on ginger beer
Thanks, a little message for support
I love the clarified vodka cocktail with coconut cream and the moscow mule
Cheers to smooth sippin’!
Cheers 🤩
You make the best clarified cocktails on UA-cam by far! Also you forgot the Caesar, and Cosmopolitan! 😄👍
So beautiful, everything looks yummy
Thank you so much Kendal! Cheers!
Great inspirations! I love to give some bitters on top of my Moscow Mule.
You changed from dry shake to reverse dry shake (first with ice, then without it), I really like it more than doing dry shake at the beginning to emulsify!!
Nice video! I'll try it at home :)
Thank u for sharing nice recipe
From korea
Thank you!
Congrats on the sponsorship JF!
Iˋm ready to see some ginger beer recipes
Nice video! What is your Earl Grey tea infusion recipe, please.😂🎉
It's just a basic tea brew, slightly heavy on the tea dose. So just add about 5 gr of tea for 250 ml of water

I love that mule cup, where did you get it?!
Beautiful cocktails as always. Have you ever tried using Szechuan peppercorns as an ingredient? They aren't actually hot/spicy but give a strange tingling sensation.
I love Szechuan pepper in cocktails! Never used it on the channel yet but it's coming
@@TrufflesOnTheRocks My chinese wife do approve to this
Beside garlic, ginger and chilli, szechuan pepper are a staple in the Szechuan kitchen.
i like the jacket bro!!!!!
Love the Milk Punch, another great recipe. I would like to keg it. What are your thoughts?
@@bigtree5777 the pressure will make it super foamy when pouring it. It is tricky
What's the recipe on the Earl Gray infusion? And what is your favorite clarified cocktail?
It's just a simple tea brew
Nice video! What is your Earl Grey tea infusion recipe, please.
I also would like to know. Working on a private event where I want to make this drink for!
It'S really just a tea brew, slightly heavy on the tea. So about 5 gr of tea for 250 ml hot water
Gingerbeer recipes please!
Copy that :) Cheers!
Après notre journée à la plage je suis all in pour tous les essayer 😂😁
Pas game LOL
@@TrufflesOnTheRocks Tsssssss tellement!!! 😂
if i would like to make 2 lt of this cordial i should use more coconut cream?
Yes. Multiply all ingredients by the same ratio
Great cocktails but I can’t take my eyes off the plant pot on your coffee machine 😂
Hahaha ! Lelit for life
vodka. now we are talking ;)

Hi there! I let it brewed until the water was lukewarm.
Un vodka increíble, yo he probado todas sus variantes. Una pena que actualmente el precio donde vivo se ha disparado y ahora cuesta más de 60$. Tendré que probar el Ruby! 🤤
Coconut cream or coconut milk? And should it be sweetened?
Unsweetened for sure. Then you get get away with milk or cream. I'd say get the cream if you can. If useing milk, get one at above 15% fat content
@@TrufflesOnTheRocks Turned out amazing thanks!
I say yes on the ginger beer part. Hit me with all the variants you got! :)
5 new cogdales !! nice
Great video! I definitely want to try the clarified vodka punch! It's so pink, I need it!
How long do you think the clarified coconut milk punches last? (If you don't drink them immediately!) Are they fridge/shelf stable?
The ABV being low in this one, it is not completely shelf stable BUT I'm sure it's safe to keep it about one month in the fridge.
May I ask you one question? For clarified vodka milk punch, did you use sweetened coconut cream, unsweetened coconut cream or coconut milk? Thanks a lot!
Hey of course! It was unsweetened coconut cream.
@@TrufflesOnTheRocks thanks! I only can find sweetened coconut cream. Can I use this, too? I will adjust the amount of simple syrup.
@@陳沛元-z1n you’re probably better with coconut milk. If you find something with at least 15% fat, it should work
Also, the Earl Grey Infusion, is that an infusion with vodka? Or a syrup?
Top 🔥
Instead of coconut can we use Greek yogurt ?
Clarifying with Yogurt is possible but it doesn'T work the same way AND the flavours will be completely different. The great thing in this cocktail is actually the coconut flavour so I wouldn't recommend it. Cheers!
anything with GIN?
Plenty on the channel, not in this bideo obviously, it's a vodka cocktails special ;)
one table spoon for Capiroska? OMG Sounds like a liver killer to me.
Engagement.
Caipiroska be like mojito
The "Subscriber to their Channel" in the Desc doesn't work for me. Takes me to a 404 page.
Thanks mate! I’ll look at this
Vodka 🤮
But I love your channel so I will give you a chance 😉
Hahahahaha
@@TrufflesOnTheRocks Alright I will allow it. That Clarified Vodka Punch looks bomb!

Grey Goose is overrated. All marketing.
2:42 The dilution and amount of ice is ridiculous. Really 😒.
Sorry but that's the whole point of this cocktail. The load of ice cools it down quick so it keeps it's temperature so you get an etremely cold cocktail that doesn't get watered down in a second.
Dislike for the grey goose sponsorship
Is it me or just this curdling clarified drinks seem not tasty ;/
