One of my good friends, Kenneth Powers, also gone now. Took me to meet Bill. Mr Monroe and Kenneth would talk every day. I played the old Gibson mandolin backstage for Bill that night. Never forget that.

Just watched him at 7yrs. Ruby. Loads of movement rhythm and meaning in bluegrass music. Heard it for the first time at Greenbelt Christian Festival. Skilful fun music. If I go to the US it will be Tennessee. Hi to everyone there.

I would be interested to know where you acquired this video tape performance since it is a rough cut I did of this show which Skaggs never gave us permission to air and the only tape ever released by KET was this rough cut for Skagg's approval, which we never got. You may PM me if you wish.
