Thank you for the two episodes! Hope you’ll keep creating these. For students who have moved away from their gurus because of jobs, etc or live outside of India but wanted to stay connected and relearn what they had learnt as children, this is very helpful! Thank you again
PANDITJI UPLOAD CHALAN OF SOME JOR RAGAS SUCH AS BASANT BAHAR, PANCHAM BHATIYARI ,ANJANI TODI AND MANY MORE. ALSO UPLOAD VIDEOS ON RAGANGA RAGAS, ALAP ETC.LOVE TO YOU BOTH. Arun dey
Thank you for the wonderful education on Ashavari. I have one query though. In one of the swar combinations, pandit ji has mentioned ni re sa ga re sa. Does that mean that ni is allowed in aroh on some occasions?
In the bandish in two places nishad to shadja is used.but nishad is varjya in aroha.is it ok to use nishad as arohatmak in the bandish?i am confused can the guru please clarrify my doubt
English is essential for international students. I think often text should uses in English language. English Dhrupad, Khyal and Thumri are established since 2016.It uses the note Do Re Me Fa So La Ti instead of SaReGaMa..
Bandish has some traces of Jaunpuri but that is fine. Many great gayaks (Omkarnath Pandit comes to mind) didn't think Jaunpuri was independent of Asawari but rather a part of it, and so older bandishes (esp this bandish of Miya Sadarang) and in certain gharanas Asawari is sung containing some Jaunpuri anga.
Mohit Kumar haha I agree with what you’re saying, which is why I think Komal Rishabh Asawari was sung more predominantly. But calling this Jaijaivanti is a bit prosperous to me 😂
Very good teaching...! Excellent demonstration of the phrases typical of the Raga... I’m just puzzled about why this video couldn’t simply be made in Hindi. After all, I doubt there is anyone aspiring to learn Hindustani Shastriya Sangeet that’s unable to understand/speak Hindi 🙂
It is exactly this type of thinking that has kept Indian music from having worldwide acceptance. There are many people who listen to, and want to learn Indian music but do not speak Hindi!
Although channel is good but is it for British people ??
Explaining the Hindi classical music in English...What a bogus idea. The raag is असावरी and not आशावरी, as told by the person talking with singer. The singing is superb.
खूप छान आणि स्वच्छ आलाप.. स्पष्टपणे कळतं आहे
Good channel for Hindustani Classical Vocal learners.💐

What do you want to implement ?
I am very please sir
The bandish notations violate asawrari and make it jaijaivanti because there is Ni(k) sa re in it in the antara's second line.
Would it not just be jaunpuri if he used the nishad. Because jaijaivanti uses both gandhars and nishads ?

@@Blissful_seeker Yes I agree with you, am sorry for the confusion. This is definitely not Jaijaiwanti :)
Wonderful teaching
Thank uh sir
Thank you so much sir🙏🌹💖
Great guru but only for artiest nor for beginer
Panditji's rendition is heavenly. And his explanations reflect his modesty. In contrast, the interviewer seems overbearing.
Sanjeevappa Nagesh I thought I was the only one who felt it like that
Interviewer is very annoying I have to forward him all the time
Sir,
I felt more like a jaunpuri
