I'm not a slob like Oscar but I could not have a clean freak living in my house either. I can't stand it when people try to fix things all the time, including things that they have no business putting their mitts on just because they have OCD or are highly obsessed with neatness. Drives me nuts.
This is my absolute favorite scene in the whole movie, I cannot recall any other time laughing as hard as I did when I first saw this particular scene!
daniel willette agreed. it's a shame Walter was just too old by then to play the terminator in the original film. He was ear marked for the role and was amazing in preparation scenes. They went with Arnold instead to tone down the humor. Walter even famously said of the script when he got passed over 'now it's garbage!' yet he did admit he liked the film when made
My favourite comedy film and my favourite scene, now it's garbage. I also was lucky enough to meet Walther Matthau a week before he passed in Liverpool.
My favorite film with Matthau and Lemmon. The chemistry between them was incredible.
Rest In Peace to two of all time favorite actors ever Jack Lemmon and Walter Matthau
This is the BEST scene in this movie. I have watched it over & over. 2 legends that will not come again. The scene is perfection!
One of my all time favorite movies! Cracks me up everytime!
Felix:"why don't you take a tranquiizer?" Oscar :"go to your room!" timing is perfection and the best line in the film.
Two real stars
😂
That spaghetti...Linguine all over the wall is iconic!!!
Two of the best comic geniuses of all time.
They're great in Grumpy Old Men when joined by another great actor: Burgess Merideth.
4:02 “Now it’s Garbage.”
- Oscar Madison (1968)
Living with Oscar the Slouch would be really difficult, but living with a "Felix" would take things to another level!

Of course Oscar could also be a real d*ck.

Felix: "Oscer, I'm not cleaning that up!"
Twenty seconds later.
Felix: "I'm cleaning it up!"
The best married couple. 😂
The sound quality in this clip is EXCELLENT!!! #Autism #PinesAutism
He wiped his ass with the curtain. Classy.
Brilliant 😂😂😂😂
Walter and Jack were always amazing together!
If you want to make a enemy out of a friend, let him move in you're home. I have been through this before.
Brilliant film
it's not spaghetti, it's linguine 😂
1:31 Oscar looks in the other direction. Lmao
The odd couple full moive😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
“Go to your room!” Lol.
Oh Felix, if you had just left the TV on Oscar would have ignored you . . . . . maybe :D
I don’t wanna see ya I don’t wanna hear ya I don’t wanna smell yer cookin

Oscar: Now it's garbage.
“I like it.” LMAO
ROFL best scene ever
I agree with Oscar. I like it too
Felix is my dad...he drives me mental.
On Broadway Felix was played by Art Carney. Imagine Ed Norton a neat freak 😳 😜.
Walter Matthau was a comedy genius - a great straight actor too😊
sssss mind the format
It’s not spaghetti it’s linguine
Now it’s garbage
