Плату он восстановил... ага, кондер выпаял с новой платы положил в пакет для понта и обратно впаял...))) спецом плату прикрывал с отломанным углом... диз. однозначно. Пожрал конечно от души, инженеры ремонтники поймут.

Look at the "fixed board" at 12:30. Magically all welds and glued part disappeared on the board. And why the hell would anyone cut their TIG with grinder? And how come the board lies around in the bush while housing is screwed together? It's just a video for views, this guy does not restore anything, not in a single video.
The fraudster had pre-recorded it working and then crapped it, that was shown at the end of the video

I have restored two types of welder before, it's not easy, it's expensive because of the electronic parts, also I know the difference between a tig welder and a mig welder, you don't, you must have exclusive access to a unlimited supply of parts,why would someone dump unwanted mig welder by a river, very good fairytale for bedtime reading.

C'mon man. As usual you find this welder while walking the muddy banks piece by piece.
Then you take the motherboard apart, and resolder it, knowing where every little piece goes. Plus the welder looks brand new when he's screwing on the handle. The dark doesn't look repainted.
