@@spanzotab That's not rare though. There were Giants teams in the 80's and 90's where they had tons of really good fielders and a bunch of pitchers who got a lot of ground balls. And a few double plays in a game was just normal for them. I mean, the most double plays in a game is 7. Two just isn't that big of a deal.
Given the title, the first 10 or 12 clips should be Johnson's bird obliteration. Seriously, if every mlb pitcher TRIED to hit a bird streaking though the strike zone, could any of them hit it?
You're showing multiple plays that are basically the same thing. Wild pitches on intentional walks, players doing goofy things with cups, balls juggled and then caught. How are these the rarest oddities if you are finding very modern footage of the same type of play?
I've come to complain about the title of this video. Adding "st" or "est" to the end of words like "Rare" is the same as prefixing it with "most". So "Rarest" literally means "Most rare"... Your video title triggers me
The way that catcher broke that bat on the ground is impressive. That’s a solid piece of wood. They don’t just snap like that
More bloopers and errors than rare moments
What was odd about the double play at the 5:00 mark?
was just wondering the same thing
I think it was the back handed flip to the short stop. Not particularly unusual though

16:47 -- the 2nd base UMP getting a kick out of that was the best.
coco has got to be the best name in baseball
Gomez is in 30% of these

What was "odd" at 5 minutes on the Astros play?
I think it was second double play of game, it's only 2nd inning (what announcer said)
The word most is already implied with the word "rarest" its redundant, like saying most bestest.
8:15. that should have been a catching error
4:58 what is special about it
