She doesn't have a title. The title is Harry's and she is able to use it by courtesy of being his spouse. The King does not have the authority to remove Hsrry's noble titles, only our Parliament can do so and it would require a change in the law.

However, as I explained in my previous comment, the King has no authority to remove noble titles. It could only be achieved by a change in the law (Act of Parliament) and as that is a long complex democratic process, involving all members of our elected House of Commons and the House of Lords, it's unlikely to happen. Our Parliament has many more important things to worry about than Harry and Meghan.
