Your commentary made me love this fued. Insanely underrated singles run by devon all things considered, if only Rob Terry could have met him at the TV title summit
Honestly it was decent lower card matches. Short and different from all the floppy matches we get now. A mix of styles is why TNA was so great. You can't complain matches are short when he doesn't like wrestling due to matches being too long
- Such a good feud! Two great athletes in their prime (Garett Bischoff and D-Von) paired with a future WWE talent (Robbie E) and a man has "World Champion" written all over him (Rob Terry). - In those times WWE used to have a thousand times the same matches so it was actually refreshing seeing that they had only hundreds of matches. - The creativity was off the chart too, it was such a good feud that a few years later Chris Jericho and Kevin Owens would steal the gimmick for themselves. - I also remember that TNA used to let Brooke Hogan put herself over the wrestlers a lot and the fans loved that too!!!
Sheamus vs Del Rio, it was all over the place and for some reason Del rio challenged Sheamus for the title in like 4 different pay per views until hell in a cell 2012, i definitely recommend this feud as they constantly hyped it every smackdown from over the limit to night of champions
I'd love to see you cover Big Daddy's feud with Giant Haystacks. I don't think I've seen anybody cover that in great detail and I think people need to hear about it from the Hawk's beak.
How about these for future Episodes- -Kane vs Gene Snitsky -Undertaker vs Heidenreich -Eddie Guerrero vs Luther Reigns -Hawk Hogan vs Billy Kidman -Hornswoggle vs Chavo Guerrero -Sting vs Vampiro -Perry Saturn vs Raven
How about Heidenreich vs. Alabama Doink? That’ll make a great episode of this series. Hopping around from Golden Corral to Golden Corral watching their five star matches. In all seriousness though this series has some real potential whether it’s a feud that’s the drizzling shits or an underrated gem.
@@charlesiofaustria7361 Bossman was a douche!!! Guess that means he did a damn fine job at being a heel. He was an expert at desecrating gravesites as well between pissing on Pepper’s grave and Big Show’s dad
We needed to see Mason Ryan v Rob Terry... It's the age old Swansea City v Cardiff football rivalry... The story would have written itself... And the matches would have been 3000 times better than most modern WWE matches...
Marky, are you familiar with that clip from SpongeBob where he yells, "because when I need a JOB done, I get someone with a JOB to DO that JOB!" I feel like it would fit perfectly on your channel somewhere.
Slammiversary isn't Impact's WrestleMania, Bound for Glory is. Though, I imagine it's still one of their other important events like how WWE also has the Royal Rumble, SummerSlam, and Survivor Series and then the rest of the pay-per-views are "smaller" shows, so to speak.
D Von almost every single time I see him now a days I think that he has aged quite gracefully in comparison with his ecw compatriots seriously he doesn't look like he ages as fast as the other men who did the same amount of shit either being a sketchy unsafe bumps or serious miscalculation on higher risk moves
Even though there were some shit stories and matches around this time, TNA 2010-2013 was my first exposure to the company. And because of that its always fun to hear you review these old shows and this very epic feud.
Sting vs. Flair, Austin vs. Rock, Misawa vs. Kawada, Hijo Del Santo vs. Negro Casas (just to name some of the best feuds) have nothing on this rivalry.
this is a really good concept for videos, I can’t wait for the next feud video I’d recommend Dawn Marie vs. Torrie Wilson in late 2002- 2003 on SmackDown, it has lesbians, death, horrible wrestling, weddings and Dawn’s wardrobe malfunction at Judgment Day.
WCW 2000 Billy Kidman vs Shane Douglas. Viagra on a Pole Match, making fun of Torrie Wilson for having an eating disorder culminating in a Scaffold Match over a giant air mattress.
I have to say that I liked Robbie E. Is he a good wrestler? No. But his entertainment skills are pretty great and I think he deserved his undercard spot. This feud was terrible though.
This was one of the first feuds I watched as a wrestling fan. This, Garrett vs. Eric, Hardy vs. Angle, and Storm vs Roode. Good times, kind of, Claire Lynch was about to take off
Rob Terry was such a missed opportunity for TNA. He was a massive powerhouse, but had no mic skills. If they had given him a manager to speak for him, and booked him like a monster (think Brock Lesnar, or Goldberg), it could have been so much better.
@@jayharv285 then I guess the Great Khali would be a better comparison. He could barely move and still main-evented in WWE, so what stopped TNA from pushing Rob? Lol
I'm pleased to know that you genuinely liked this feud because you're so kind and would never use the evil concept known as sarcasm.
Even more so because of the amazing wrestling and character work. I also like how long all the matches are.
And the story arc? Top notch. Tarentino would be impressed
This feud is often overshadowed because it couldn't live up to the 7-star masterpiece feud of Rob Terry vs. Orlando Jordan.
This seems like a fun series, i hope we get a whole bunch of episodes covering both good feuds and ridiculous ones.
😄👍
That's setting the bar too high
It was pretty funny watching Marky slowly get more negative as the video goes on

A super underrated feud is Kurt Angle vs Desmond Wolfe (Nigel McGuinness) in 2009
I agree, and so does MarkyD as seen in some previous videos.
not a day goes by where i don't fondly remember that match them two had, shame desmond was cut from TNA man could have carried the company
