I would take an indoor pool to a basketball court any day . Along with some windows to face out the back. Have out door jacuzzi on the other side. They can then put that silly basketball hoop out on the driveway , more room out there anyway.
TOTALLY!!! An indoor pool is far more appealing to more people than an indoor basketball court. At least in my opinion ;-)
The kitchen is pretty perfect. Hooray for no sinks or cooktop on the island! Overall, it is a beautiful home. I would warm up the color palette a bit (not so much gray).
The bathroom shower tiles were VERY impressive. The Jack 'n Jill tiles were lined up perfectly in the shower. I love the attention to detail in there. The giant tiles in the master's shower were also impressive as the patterns were all matched up perfectly. Hats off to the person/s who laid those tiles out. Amazing work!

Kitchen: when the fridge/ freezer combo is at the opposite of the tiny sink, the people living there will eventually curse the architect for designing a kitchen for people who don't ever cook. Sink and fridge and range/ cooktop should be close together - more convenient for daily food preparations.
I wish the ceiling were two feet or so higher - 10 to 12 foot ceiling would make the house more expansive.
Tht kitchen is so beautiful I would never leave & tht fridge is cool & the basement
Nice tall cabinets in the kitchen but truly would need more upper cabinets than is in this home.

I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. There's some ideas I have for this place. Tim, I love what you do, and I appreciate everything you do. Keep up the great work. My favorite parts are the refrigerator, how the island cupboards are dark, and the back side is a lighter color. Also, the balcony and the built-ins.❤❤❤❤❤

I think the one thing that would make these videos perfect would be if you could add a few links to job postings in the area that would pay enough to put no more than 28% gross towards the mortgage. This would make the homes seem more attainable!

People who have a home like this are gonna want to entertain family, friends and maybe work functions and will need more storage in the kitchen than this home has. This home just passes for the dining room having some kind of connection but truly needs a butler's passthrough from kitchen to dining room so not going back and forth around the wall in main hallway to dining room.
I'd rather have a small ungrounded pool than the basketball court, if that could be done.

Actually the bathroom behind the kitchen is only a 3/4 bathroom since it doesn't have a tub.
A laundry room in the interior of a building is very taxing on the dryer's efficiency in expelling vapor

And that master bedroom
Should have its own bath.
Otherwise it's not a master, just another bedroom.
I'm confused. The Master is on the second floor and has its own bath. The Bedroom on the first floor is not the Master.
The architect failed with that kitchen. I can always tell when a person does not actually cook by the layout of the kitchen.
That tiny sink seems like an after thought. It is too far away from the fridge. The kitchen needs a bigger pantry and a home that size should have space for a second fridge or freezer in the pantry.
The whole kitchen seems too small for the size of the home.
