A mere suggestion that please read out the provision mentioned in the bare act for better and comprehensive interpretation of statute. Else the session was amazing and easy to understand ❤
Hi, hope you are doing well. Thank you for your feedback and suggestions. We appreciate your interest in our platform and will forward your concern to our concerned team for consideration.
Very beautifully explained sir. Thank you . But as a public prosecutor I feel that whatever laws we have are more towards the accused, as much as the accused has been taken care of in the law, the victim has not been taken care of.
With due respect that is much needed....Acts like pocso / SC-ST being misused highly in court..where there is instant jail..n no chance given to accused for his defend...Then the victim ask for money in the name of compromise...
Is this law applies to old Criminal cases ?The Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (“BNSS”) which seeks to replace the existing Cr.P.C. has introduced provisions for conducting in-absentia trial of certain kind of accused.
sir i have a question if any one committee a rape under 18 year old girl then he released on anticipatory bail or not because you are just say's that gang rape committee under age 18 they can not released on anticipatory bail.🤔 but other hand sir i thanks to you for this kind video it's very helpful for me for my exam aspect so once's again thank you so so much sir and sir i hope you give my answer.
Very good explanation🎉 Only the suggestion is that the provision regarding Sec 482(4) in BNSS,2023 was still there in Crpc 1973 under sec 438(4) so there is no change regarding this
It was wrong how can passed such arrogant laws...it gives excessive powers to police, without proofs how can only accused persons can under custody for long days..
Good lecture. It is usefull to students of law as well as practicing advocates.
