How would you recommend structuring data interpretation questions or strategy questions? There were a lot of Qs in the Lloyds interview about based on the information available questions etc what would you recommend. How would you propose answering these Qs? I find them really challenging!
I didn't even get to the interview for lloyds bank. I failed the first assessment which was the questionnaire bit where you rank 5 answers based on how good they are to the question. Please make one on this. They said I wasn't adaptable enough given my answers.
@@User-w9d5l Ah thanks. I'll apply for lloyds again next year for sure. What they said on mine was that I wasn't adaptable enough. So I guess next year I need to just try to pick the most adaptable answers next time. Is this your first time applying for lloyds? It is for me.
@@FruitAndVeg-tj5etadaptability was my weakest trait but i still got through so I doubt you need to do the complete opposite and make all your answers tailored to having an adaptable trait
Just curious I have a hirevue for consumer banking. I’ve got outstanding grades throughout my academics but i’ve only done 2 work experiences(spring internships) in the consulting/pensions field but very little in the real world, I want to be able to leverage what I have including my grades and work experiences but with the amount of rejections I’ve received and the lack of experience i’m a little worried and want as much tailored insight in order to get the best out of my hirevue including the next stages of my application
@@JobReadyEnglish I’ve just watched your video and I can’t help but say I’m grateful for the content you’ve provided, I thoroughly went through the lloyds consumer banking video, plus went and downloaded the 28 questions pdf you have on your site. I greatly appreciate the help.
@@JobReadyEnglish That’s Lloyd without an S at the end so yes, that’s a different company. I really enjoyed the series of videos that you did on Barclays. I shared it with my sister who used to work for Barclays in Delhi and she mentioned that the questions that she was asked did involve the questions that you had covered in the video plus she was asked few technical questions as well as she works in the IT sector.

@@User-w9d5l Also what else are lloyds big on other than teamwork? Gotta prepare for next year.
