I agree! The hospital kept sending her home rather than keeping her in the hospital. They neglected to take care of her properly. They over medicated her with opiates too. She needed to be on IVs, antibiotics, steroid inhaler, oxygen, & monitoring her breathing & heartbeat. Not sent home with Codeine Cough Syrup (Promethazine) & an opiate suppository. Two opioid medications that suppressed her breathing while her lungs were literally being eaten by pneumonia. She had necrotic tissue in her lungs, dead rotting tissue in her lungs. The doctor should have ordered chest X-rays, or if they already had in the beginning, they should have taken more to show the pneumonia & the patient’s condition had gotten worse. The X-rays would show the pneumonia spreading in the lungs. Every time I or a family member ever had gotten sick with a really bad cough, they snapped chest
X-rays. I looked at the X-rays & could see my lungs had white spots from pneumonia, instead of black spaces should be showing clear lungs. Chest rads are really easy to figure out for anyone with the slightest medical knowledge. A Veterinarian Technician could look at the X-rays & see there was a major problem. Children & Elderly patients are much more vulnerable to pneumonia, so the hospital should have immediately checked her in! Yes, I believe the hospital is guilty of malpractice & tried to pass the buck onto the father. He wasn’t even there during one of his daughter’s respiratory distress incidents. Wasn’t it the hospital that called the law & CPS on the father. Maybe it was the hospital pushing for his arrest & indictment by saying things that made the father look bad, since they didn’t check this toddler into their hospital & basically sent her home to die & didn’t hospitalize her until he brought her back again.

This is what you get with medical privatization, HMOs, Insurance medicine, and overall corporate medicine. You get junk medical care.
What makes anyone think that businessmen, who only care about profits, bottom lines, cutting corners, buy low sell high, care anything about the delivery of top notch medicine?
Our medical doctor community has been flooded with foreign doctors, primarily from conservative countries who have the same political values as the MAGA Right. I haven't had or even seen a Anglo physician since I was a child. How is this explained? We need to stop corporate privatization.
Once a corporation gets a hold of a company, they drain its assets and reduce it to its lowest functioning capabilities, if not destroy it out of existence altogether. This has been going on for decades.

This whole case is obviously a sham!!!
No retrial is necessary since no crime by accused was committed; only crimes by medical medical examiner counsel courts -- everybody dropped the ball

Scientific results do not lie. As well as medical errors have been documentated, regarding medicine given to the child, when it was written--not to give to a child under 2 yrs old, & given twice, with second dose of medicine having codeine in it. This man did not get a fair trial, like Dr Phil said, because of of a misdiagnosis & no proper attorney knowledge, of the client & medical knowledge not being provided during the trial by his attorney.

Absolutely, self-preservation is the worst human trait.
The true enemy are those who sell their beliefs and knowledge for money.
Even worse are those who refuse to disrupt their lives due to fear or even want to think for themselve.
They're aware that they use the population for profit for an entity(State and Federal ) in order to maintain their job/career.
This included doctors that have been letting insurance/CEO keep them from treating their patients due to restriction.
Dhs workers taking kids from good families and leaving the abused in the homes due to $$$.
      READ THE CONSTITUTION.
Everyone is afraid to stand alone, our children are suffering.

That would have helped me when I had a known felon attacked me at my house...... he had just gotten out of prison I was drinking the night before at the carnival or I would have never had him there most likely.. but anyway here's the story it's long.. I was at my crappy apartment 112 Ellsworth Avenue Batavia New York.... he had spent the night with this girl that will do anyone while his wife was at home... anyway people were having a cookout Outback on my grill we always cooked out on would everyday... he was eating people's food they were complaining to me.. I said Tom you got to ask before you eat people's food..... he was drunk probably an 18 pack I was not going to drink the day after I was drunk I wasn't drinking.... I said you should ask before you eat people's food he said I take what I want he grabbed a butter knife and said I can kill you with this!!! And yes he could...... well I have a really big knife and I pulled it out and I said yeah well I can really f*** you up with this but I know he was drunk I threw the knife in the sink and then he threw me on the floor and he was choking me nearly to death while all the people outside just stand there watching nice friends.... finally my kids mother got him off me she was out in the yard running around saying he's going to kill me... I was on my knot enclosed porch telling him you better never come up here I'm going to hurt you!! I thought my kids mother called the cops nobody did..... so he came up there and I had a ether can and I know what it can do if you light it and he was pumped up from being in prison and I'm handicapped... so he comes running up and I thought I killed him and I actually kind of felt bad it didn't hurt him cuz it burned so fast it burned his hair off it burnt his T-shirt a little I did not want to kill him I wanted him to leave me alone.... a cop came named Milam I know him I told him the truth which I never should have done and he took me to jail..... I got released after a couple days... it went to what is that before court? Grand jury I don't think they told the grand jury the truth about him nor were allowed to that he's a criminal on parole.. during the whole court case nobody ever mentioned he was back in prison for attacking a man and ripping his eyeballs out he was in prison when I went to court on Christmas Eve in Genesee County New York... I was supposed to get 5 years probation I got a year in jail.... if the judge had known which he should have the whole story it should have made a difference.. after I got a year in jail they judge the judge ask the district attorney Friedman I can't stand him why would you let him off so easy on such a heinous crime...... he said because I would have won in the court of law nobody told the judge anything about Tom people were praising me for doing what I did cuz he did really bad things to a lot of people I missed the first 8 months of my son's life..... years later they want me to go be on a jury and I said no I'm not going to be on a jury she goes why I go because I'm going to find everybody innocent unless I was there if you got any circumstantial evidence I'm going to find them innocent I will sit there for years... I think people actually get found guilty that are not guilty and they are not guilty because people get tired of waiting in the juror room for days and weeks I really think it's possible cuz one person against 11 or whatever people being bitching at you telling you to get it over with okay get it over with put them in jail and kill them you're right all testimony should be allowed but it wasn't not in this County Genesee County New York if all of the evidence was shown it wouldn't even have gone to court they would not allow anybody to talk about him being a prison inmate on parole at the Grand Jury it was so screwed up..... I'm physically disabled I was about to be attacked or killed by someone who can lift 350 lb working out at prison and I went to jail I should have got a prize.... also he was not seriously injured left the hospital cuz he was drunk and he's on parole he immediately went back to prison he took me to court when I was in jail for a carton of cigarettes and his freaking t-shirt so I come out of jail and go to court for 1 minute the judge said did I have his cigarettes and I said no he goes you going to pay for his T-shirt I said no I'm not and it was over.... maybe I shouldn't say this but I'm glad he's dead he probably would never learned his lesson fighting with people because the reason he died he had his tooth in his lung for 8 years it traumatized me I am very careful I don't let anybody in my house unless I know them really well I don't understand why circumstantial evidence is ever allowed it doesn't prove anything
