Michael: GREAT videos! Thank you! DIY aid the only way. I’m struggling to determine if my Samsung, 5.2 cubic ActiveWash (top feed), needs new user interface/display board or control board. Push the power button and 2-3seconds later it chimes but no lights and buttons don’t work… I’ve verified proper voltage up to & including the fuse on control board. Display board is much cheaper… thanks for any help you can offer!!

I happen to have the same model control panel that you are demonstrating. However, it seems that my on-off button is sticking or not making contact when it does; the machine is fully operational. DO you think a little electronic cleaner spray around the button will clear things up?
Thanks for watching & we haven’t used spray in the past...🤔...keep us posted on if it works. Another option is to remove your entire control panel and gain access to the inner parts from the opposite side. You can then clean anything that may be interfering with the operation of your button.

Brian I replaced the door mechanism on my Samsung washer and it still will not work .It is making a buzzing noise when I start it up and will not start the cycle!? Can you help me??
So after watching all 3 videos, I can honestly say the 1st one worked. I unplugged it and plugged it back in. I didn't have to push any buttons, but what is making it do that? It never did before, and as of 3 days ago I now have to unplug it everytime? Do I need to take it apart because I really don't want to, but I want it to be fixed? I don't know anything about this stuff except that I can not afford it and I'm about to have a panic attack.
lovmygabby Thanks for watching. Have you had any recent power outages to your home? A power surge can lead to this. We recommend unplugging it and leaving it unplugged for 30 minutes. This will give the machine time to complete a full reset. After 30 minutes, plug machine back in and see how it performs over the next few cycles. Keep us posted. Michael, I have an older washer, which I love, and it has the older push knob, where you push the knob in and pull it out to activate the water cycle to start. After moving the water to install new flooring, the water cycle sounds like it is jammed, lije when s garbage disposal jams. I did all steps in video 1 and 2. Any suggestions? The water was working perfectly before the move. Seems coincidence thst it would crap out just because if a move. Any advice?

Thanks for watching and let’s get this figured out. If you are hearing a clicking sound, try your best to locate the exact spot the clicking is coming from. This will usually be inside the panel or on your door. The door actually has a door lock switch/mechanism that activates when the cycle is started... in other words...locks the door so you cannot open it during the cycle.
