So glad you talked about food in this video. People think it is just money and sex and power than people can get hooked on… but when you can’t practice self control with food it can be a real reflection of how you behave with these other glutinous elements of life. Like you said perfectly ‘conquer your appetite’. ❤
Girl tell me about it! Got hella sick in 2020 for 6 months (not from covid) and ever since then, I’ve been fasting and eating healthy more than I’ve ever been in my life. I still struggle with stop eating certain foods but besides that…,fasting, no processed foods..etc has helped a ton!
Fasting allows me to cleanse myself mentally and physically. 🙏🏾
YES. Way too many people gorge themselves on food then wonder why they have trouble losing weight or why they can't get anything done. You only eat what you NEED first, then some snacks after but still not eating every hour on the hour, aint no way people get hungry again after eating just an hour before. I fortunately was not able to be brainwashed into eating stupid amount of food as a kid, turns out I instinctively fast and I still have good energy.
Food is truly the downfall of many.
I would love to see a video on parasites 😅
We def need to be aware of parasites more and how to do cleanses. This seriously needs to be normalized

OMG when you spoke about FOOD, y'all don't know!😭 Food is the Biggest demise, we are willing to die even when knowing that changing our eating habits will give us life. For me personally food is my biggest temptation, above sex and money

Thank you for such an interesting video, Karine! It's really an interesting topic to think about and you're an excellent speaker who is good at sharing information in details. The only thing I'd like to clarify is your opinion about acting like a B, because I remember you did the video about this and as far as I remember you've mentioned several reasons why this behaviour can be beneficial for women and in this video you said that people who are chasing women like this can easily detroy themselves mentally so I don't really get whether you find B behaviour as a beneficial or destructive thing for relationships and satisfaction in life. Anyway, I really appreciate the content you make, it's really useful and helpful because I see how my life changes in a good way. Good luck!
