    Ingredients:
    - Sweet potatoes
    - Green capsicum
    - Beef (minced or diced)
    - Onions
    - Fresh pepper
    - Garlic powder
    - Garlic paste
    - Diced tomatoes
    - Mozzarella cheese
    - Eggs
    - Olive oil
    - Seasoning cube
    - Salt
    - Your favorite spices
    Key Steps:
    Wash and peel the sweet potatoes.
    Soak them in water until ready to slice to prevent discoloration.
    Slice the potatoes into small bits.
    Soak the sliced potatoes in water until ready to use.
    Slice the green capsicum into bits.
    Slice the beef into small pieces (or use minced beef).
    Heat oil in a pot or pan.
    Add diced onions and fresh pepper.
    Add a seasoning cube, salt, garlic powder, and any spice of choice.
    Stir and sauté for 3 minutes.
    Drain the potatoes and add them to the pot.
    Stir and cook for 8 minutes until the potatoes are almost soft.
    Transfer the potatoes to a bowl and set aside.
    In the same pot, add a bit more oil if needed.
    Add the diced beef.
    Season with salt and additional seasonings.
    Add garlic paste and stir.
    Cook for 10 minutes.
    Add the sliced green capsicum and cook for another 5 minutes.
    Stir occasionally, until the beef is brown and well-cooked.
    Preheat the oven to 200°C .
    Add the beef and capsicum mix to the bowl of cooked potatoes and mix well.
    Add diced tomatoes and mix again.
    Grease a baking pan and transfer the potato-beef mixture into it.
    Crack 2 raw eggs into the mix.
    Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
    Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese melts.
    Remove from the oven and serve hot.
