I really liked your review, I've had to get myself a pair. I got the red polarised lenses for my photophobia. So I don't have to keep swapping from normal to shades. and I can also use the audio for Spotify at work
Great video - esp. talking on the phone part! 😆I have the old pair and don't see the big change. Maybe I'll upgrade to the next version. I do like mine minus the horrible speakers (compared the the Bose glasses speakers). They're my go-to shades.

I tried to do some looking into that and didn’t have much luck.. but there is a solution! What you can do is buy the shiny wayfarer with clear lenses, and buy the transition lenses separate. Then you can have them swapped out at a local glasses shop! It is a little more work, but I’ve had people I know order custom lenses and have them swapped in!

I made the mistake of buying them only as sunglasses, and it's a pity not being able to use them while I work or while I'm in closed places... I'll try to change them for the transition prescription glasses, but in Spain I think they have no place to do it yet...so I'll have to wait (and prepare my wallet for it). For the rest, they are AMAZING, specially the AI and the calls.
I think Smartglasses are way better innovation and have better use in everyday life than these virtual headsets. Just the audio sunglasses are crazy functional.
My thoughts exactly! The headsets have some fun and visually captivating features, but not much that help in day to day task… now when we finally get that sweet spot with some normal sized AR glasses. That’ll be something special!!

Definitely different products that take completely different approaches! They may not compare feature for feature, But I do see them both in the market for wearable smart tech (specifically on your face) and I personally find one to be a lot more useful than the other
